We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

Face Primer has been designed to help your make up stay in place and last longer than if you weren't wearing primer. In a user trial of 50 females aged 18-50, 86% agreed that the product helps to keep your makeup in place for up to 8 hours.

Yes! We would recommend that Face Primer is used as the last step in your skincare routine, before applying makeup or on it's own on no makeup days.

We ship worldwide. Although we may not ship to some countries due to their cross-border policy requirements. This includes Argentina, Barbados, Belarus, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Libya, Martinique, Mexico, Russia, St Martin, Tanzania, Turkey and Yemen.

We cover all tax and duties to EU & UAE. For U.S orders the duties will be calculated at checkout. For any other countries outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country.
