        REFY Brow Pencil is a highly pigmented pencil with an ultra fine tip, which allows you to create defined hair strokes.
        How to use
        1. Brush

          Brush hairs upwards to reveal brow shape and any sparse areas.

        2. Fill

          Use the ultra-fine pencil tip to draw short, upward strokes in the direction of natural hair growth and add definition. Repeat as needed.

        3. Blend

          Use the brush to softly blend all products together.

          How to use
          1. Coat
